IR 7200 jammed paper issue

    IR 7200 jammed paper issue

    I am facing the following problem with my IR 7200:
    - Papers will jam between
    - I had changed the drum fingers, the transfer, and the high voltage but i am still facing the same issue.

    Can anyone help

          Jam Code is ?
          Paper jams from what paper source/
          use of-deck/cassette/mf/df/scan/copy/prints ???

              Below the answers:
              - No Jam Code
              - Paper will jam for all the functions presented in your question.
              Directly when the paper will be between the transfer corona and the drum, it get jam.

                  look in jam log & error log

                  Are there burrs on the paper guide of the transfer/separation charging assembly?
                  Remove & re-seat transfer/separation charging assembly
                  Check rotation of the two separation belts & Is Feed Fan on ??

                  Check service mode copier>option >body>tp-sp-xx (xx denotes the cassette or deck that is having the jam issue)
                  Make certain that the setting for all the locations is 0 =plain paper for
                  TR-SP-C1/2/3/4/MF/DK

                  Check and adjust below
                  COPIER>OPTION<BODY>FUZZY
                  Use it to enable/disable fuzzy control and set the environment.
                  • The change affects the current level of pre-transfer, transfer, and
                  separation charging.
                  • Setting it to 1 through 3 will make it independent of the environment
                  sensor.
                  Setting 0: Fuzzy control (default)
                  1: low humidity environment mode (current level will be lower than standard)
                  2: normal humidity environment mode
                  3: high humidity environment mode (current level will be higher than standard)
