iR 2016 Screen out of alignment

We have a customer whose iR 2016 has problems related to the screen. The screen is out of its alignment. So the text on the screen has moved a bit too much to the right.

I've changed the screen and its control board, and the symptom still occurs. Is changing the main controller the next step to take?

Any suggestions?

replace ip pcb having part number FM2-4054-000 can fix this problem.
In Service Mode under #CLEAR attempt to perform the ALL clear before replacing the IP PCB.

Ok, I'll try the ALL clear first. If no luck, then I'll load the newest firmware. The card swap is the last thing...

I have this problem,maybe about 10-15 times,and all of them are solved in service menu-clear-all-ok!Nothing i s needed to be replaced!
