    Clicks in Canon 3300

    Hi
Is there any settings to increase the clicks for A3 paper to 2xA4 on a Canon 3300 . Presently A4 and A3 is charged at 1 click .Not so profitable when the customer takes lots of A3 . A few hundred copies I am willing to overlook ... Not when they plan to run thousands

    Thanks

Service mode copier/option/body/counter2 change to 102/ OK

you will get Total 2 counter in counter check which counts 2 for A3

This counter reading can be used

Counter 1 is not changeable, just bill off of the 102 meter, the initial "sticker shock" that may occur when the customer sees the billing may be a fun conversation...

You may not want to backbill, but get the new reading and continue from there, depending on how long this copier has been in the field...

                Good Point~~~~~~~~

All contract monthly/yearly click billing needs to be addressed before contract is written up, to prevent any issues -
