Hi. I've recently installed 3 or 4 new model iRADVC2020 and I have the same problem with them. E020-0360. I already know what does this error code mean, but I don't what's the cause. Thank you so much for your help.

Can anyone help me on this problem as well
I am getting the same error on a few machines time and time again

I have also loaded v13.01 & v20.07 without much success
I clean them sensors that it mentions on that PDF, and away it fires up and works again
But a few days later, it returns with the same error
I have 4 devices that doing it
And so far have swapped 2 of them for the customer
Any further help is welcome

(I have been told that so far that there is no fix from canon, just that PDF, is this true)

if u skip something -u have issues
