    [Misc] canon ir-6001

    hello Every one.


    I am facing a problem in ir-6001 canon.
    During rotation and during copy exit paper motor not work.
    I changed the complete (transfer,heater) unit.
    But the problem remain same.
    I also change logic(main board) and power supply.
    but problem remain same.


    no error code display.
    machine pass the paper feeding to exit unit.

    Please give me suggestion to solve this problem.

    exit paper motor??

    You need to investigate little bit more dude, because when motor not running you definitely have an error.

    Probably you are not canon tech so you can't explain exactly what's wrong.Make a photo of your issue and we can definitely help.

      I am sure about that the delivery motor(exit motor) not operate.
      I check with MTR: (select motor test).
      when i check this motor on other machine it operate succesfully.
      so i am confuse that which board operate delivery motor(exit motor).

      so please give me usefull suggestion

        Have you checked the bulkhead connector between the fixing/feeder frame and the rear plate of the copier? Paper jams improperly cleared in this area can leave paper behind that isolates the connectors. Also, get down to basics and use a wiring diagram to look at fuser motor drive circuitry and scope out your problem.

          actually i have no service manual and wiring diagram.
          But i checked the bulkhead connector.
