Error code in canon IR2525

I am facing a problem of error code E716 in IR 2525 model after 100 on 200 copies.
this error code is related to inner two way unit but my machine is not having that.
Pls help me if somebody have faced this problem

I am having the same error on my machine : E000716 subcode 000
my machine is not having pedestale or optional cassettes !!!
Please help with any idea.

In one case,there was problem of copy quality along with this problem(Black lines on copies).There the problem got resolved after correcting a problem of drum grounding.In second case, i removed the wire ties of the wiring harness going to the casstte pedestal.After doing this activity,i didn't faced the problem again in that machine.

I am facing this issue after the >30K prints. This is becoming a big issue. I called Canon representative he is asking me to hand over the main board to him. I am afraid of doing the same.
Pleas help me with the steps how to check the firmware version and how to update the same.

Hello,

Remove the drum conducting plate.
Cleane the conducting grease.
Replace the grounding plate by a new one : FE2-0459-000

The procedure is in the SIMS Portal.
