Shading Correction on C1/IP7000

Hi all,

Have a couple of printers when doing a shading correction with the iOne tool. It prints the grid off the page. Its like it has enlarged the image. Can't find anything in service bulletins about changes to be made after software upgrade which is what I suspect. Anyone had this problem.

so are you saying that you did upgrade firmware and now you have this issue?

I would start by reloading your command workstation if all of these devices are at one location running through the command workstation on a single PC. Very odd to have multiple devices doing the same thing.

Not sure if software upgrades on printers caused it as its been about six months ago when I last did a head shading. I've upgraded the printers in that time. I've tried loading the command workstation again to the latest version. but no luck with that. This is happening in 4/5 different customers on C1 and IP 7000vp. Do you think this is more a Fiery problem or than a printer one?
