ir c3220 error code E000602-ff13

I am getting this error code. can someone tell me what it means and what I must doto fix it.

Thisis a hard drive error,no particular sector identified.It is actually a Hard Drive controller IC device error..try formatting hard drive and re-installing system software,if no good try new hard drive.For this one you might need a new main controller(try clearing ram first)

Glad it helped..canon actually went to a cheap hard drive on later builds..have to surround them in foil to keep down corruption from em
