first time we have had this issue, E000732-0001 reader error. I reset cables, reset error in service mode still down. I do not have a spare reader conroller pcb or dimm and just want to be sure before i order these parts if any one has had this problem and what there fix was. Thanks for feedback.

Reseat connection between the main controller and the dc-controller. Easiest way is to remove screws that mount the dc-cont mounting bracket to the frame. That is where I would start..."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"

IRC3380i is calbe to scanner unit.

E000732-0001 in iR4570 is most probably the Reader controller giving problem, I have had 2 of such machine giving the E732-0001 and after replace the reader controller the problem is solved.Comment
