Canon IR5000 hard drive failed

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I have a question. I have a Canon IR5000 with a bad hard drive. From reading, I think I need the service support tool to format the new hard drive and install firmware. Does anyone know where I can get this without being an authorized canon rep?

this thread is played\you need to have a friend that has it
and will give the support tool and the firmware
and you need a pc with a parallel port
or a nethawk usb to parallel cable which is not available anymore
