[Misc] Poor Fixing / Patchy on iPRC1

    Dear all,

Do anyone got ideas on this matter? Appreciate someone can share with me.
I had changed whole fixing unit,ITB belt, 2nd transfer unit, primary transfer roller. It happened on intermittent with any type of media.

Remove>Inspect & Replace the Secondary Cleaning Unit Assembly (FM2-8070-010).
The 5 REAR pressure plates that actuate and support this assembly are probably broken . =Plates= FC7-0863-000

There are 10 small plates shown in picture below in red circle 5 Front side/5 rear side
This unit is rated for 100,000 prints / copies.

If unit is old Replace it/ if not replace broken plates-inspect both sides

        run Pg5 prints single color

re-check ITB Belt for your hand prints/ finger prints = oil from hands

Make print on plain paper but set to heavy. If you still have issue it's not fixing problem.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

the whole primary unit changed, still occur.

Test the plain paper using heavy/thick paper type, not issue. It happened on intermittent.
