Hy guys!

I've got some of these copiers with error codes E227 when I cheked Service Mode log. Customers told me about a "Check the scanner and close the front door". They should turn off/on the copier and the problem was fixed.

What could it be?
Any idea?

Try to disconnect and then connect the power supply harness
connector.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it
