Canon CLC 1120 Cleaning Roller Reset

I can't seem to reset the cleaning rollers.....the display keeps telling me to change cleaning rollers. I used service code 28 to get to counter. The counter goes to 2000 and counts backwards.........thanks for any help....Kurt

Cleaning rollers on fuser.....there are two upper and lower

ahhh the webs then:0 if u clear the error there is no counter for those on 1100 range. machine errors...once u change em and clear the error theres no need to reset counters really...

go to service mode, copier/function/clear and clear error that should do it mate
