execute the PWD-CLR in service mode.

        are u a tech ???
        Perform MMI Clear:

        SERVICE MODE=
Additional Function key, the 2 and 8 keys at the
same time, and then the Additional Function key once again

        1) Go into Service Mode level 1.
        2) Hit Copier.
        3) Hit Function.
        4) Hit Clear.
        5) Hit MMI and select OK.
        6) Wait for the OK button to return and reboot the copier.

depending on the firmware on your device you can do a full reset by going to additional functions>system settings>initialize all data settings. If that function is not there you can back into service mode to the same area Copier>Function>System>HD-CLEAR and that should do the trick after cycling the power.
