But how do i get into the service mode? Its reads (om screen) now that i need to fillin a ID-number and password, i dont have that!
are u a tech ???
Perform MMI Clear:
SERVICE MODE= Additional Function key, the 2 and 8 keys at the
same time, and then the Additional Function key once again
1) Go into Service Mode level 1.
2) Hit Copier.
3) Hit Function.
4) Hit Clear.
5) Hit MMI and select OK.
6) Wait for the OK button to return and reboot the copier.

But i see in the mailbox settings still some previous users in it, can i i remove it form the canon also?
depending on the firmware on your device you can do a full reset by going to additional functions>system settings>initialize all data settings. If that function is not there you can back into service mode to the same area Copier>Function>System>HD-CLEAR and that should do the trick after cycling the power.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
