Canon iR3320i Error 00602-0003 Keep Appearing

I have a Canon iR3320i in the field which always give me one problem.

The error 00602-0003 always appear after i changed the HDD for a week.

I have change it for 3 times already , after a week that error pop up again.

means after i change a new HDD it will last only a week then that error will pop up.

Hopefully someone that used to face this problem and managed to have the problem solve and what is the real cause of this issue will help me

    Thank you first

First thing I got to say is; I feel sorry for you! I have been through this on the same machine!

I have changed three hard drives this year and I am not through the year yet! I have the machine undercontract with all inclusive so I eat this. My Network guy charges $175.00 a hit plus the hard drive!!!!

What I can say it is the hard drive again and it happens alot on the i version machine. I use Toshiba hard drives and their is no bulletins or any other thing that causes this. I even have the pos on a $150.00 surge protector/line conditioner and still NG

I feel for you brother! I dread the phone ringing from my customer now cause I know it can be any time again.

By the way my customer only does 30k a year and has all inclusive so at $500.00 a year I got banged on this machine

bro! why dun u try to defrag the hdd first and see how it turn out to be. hold 1 and 9 together on startup and let it run, take a while..out of a million cases try to check the IDE cable also poor contact can cause E602, software version?checked?

I have three friends that work for three Different Dealers all tell me "Its the Hard Drive" and no other options to hit.

I tries the defrag and all the other nonsense and nothing helped. The i version has the push/pull technology and when they have it all connected, scanner/fax/printer/emails this happens and the HD craps out.
