    clc 1100 e020-03ff

On my way to revisit a customer with a clc 1120

Getting recurring error code e020-03ff. All developers are new and I believe he was getting this code before dev change. I'm new to the 1100 series so use your imagination as to what I may have done wrong.

    Thanks,
    Gary

E020-03ff= The Y hopper is not supplying toner.
Yellow toner supply clutch in Hopper
Is there Yellow toner in hopper ?

u need to remove Hopper Cover to check Yellow CL. Operation

    Hopper motor (M10)
Select the hopper motor (0) in service mode
(COPIER>FUNCTION>PARTCHK> MTR), and press OK for MTR-ON. Does the hopper motor
    rotate?

    That is a YELLOW issue

did u follow the procedure on developer/starter replacement ??

    do u have a CLC 1100 Manual ??

      Thanks teckat,

The machine hard hardly been used in the past year, so it turns out all the toners were, shall we say, hard to stir.

Discarded the cyan (yes, it was coding for that too) and stirred the hell out of the others. Seems ok, but I won't be surprised to find there is also a problem with the yellow clutch.

i have service manual, but still haven't found a source for the parts manual.

      Thanks again.
