The mystery of the iR7105 V1

    I have two iR7105 V1
    (occurs in two iR7105)
    one occurred E602
I changed the hd nothing done (perfect for this hd tested and installed on another machine)
When I put on my machine
    E602 Direct
    and when I press the * 2 8 *
    he first of E602
    before download mode
    using the sst
    the hd format error
    not communicate with the hd
    now the two of
even putting the hd with the system installed on another machine
at first I invert the two boxes (main control)
Is this the beginning of the problem
    someone already seen this

    I Can Do

remove the battery from the main control
to see if it restarts the PCB ?????

I think it was reversed because the control card in iR7105
I put the main control (A) in the machine (B)
I put the main control (B) of the machine (A)
    later the error occurred

This may have been my mistake?

what exactly are u trying to do ??
how many HDD's are playing around with/ do both machines have an issue ?

Try and perform these HD Clears /go into service mode COPIER>FUNCTION>SYSTEM
Select CHK-TYPE and set it to 1 and press ok.
Then select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
Select CHK-TYPE and set it to 2 and press ok.
Then select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
Select CHK-TYPE and set it to 3 and press ok.
Then select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
Select CHK-TYPE and set it to 4 and press ok.
Then select HD-CLEAR and press ok.
After completing this procedure, power cycle the imageRUNNER and re-enter any user settings. If the error still occurs format the Hard Drive with the Service Support Tool and reinstall the System Software.

I have some pictures of the problem.

Already tested the hd and it is working

the model of hdd that came in the machine
MHV2040AH believe that this model has the hd format
                  I'll try today with a Toshiba MK4026GAX

when I try to enter the download mode
stays on the screen the two
                  download mode and E602-001
                  never see it

the machine has all the information to be a version V1
but in SST and that she mosta a V2 version
more when I try to install the firmware on Error
                  in HD format.

If u tested this HDD in another 7105 and it boots up /and functions with no errors.

u have a bigger issue to deal with on 7105

make sure u have only ONE Ver. of the SST on Laptop

apparently the problem is in the dc control
                          send to concert
                          eventually put the result

                            Hello friends
                            Thanks to assistance from all
                            discovered the defect iR7105
was on the main board (two boards with the same defect)
I got a third that had the same problem (and lucky)
Yesterday with a fourth main board the machine worked perfectly.
                            Thank you all
