Firstly you would need to have some neccessary info before the configuration.

        1) Find out which service provider you are using and ask them for their smtp server address. They will assist you on that.
        2) additional functions
        3) system settings
        4) network settings
        5) scroll down to find email / i-fax settings
        6) under smtp, key in the smtp server address followed by your email address. * note: both domains have to be the same (e.g SMTP:mail.singtel.com Email: youremail@singtel.com. )
        7) press on ok
        8) press on done

        YOURE SET!

                Hi, Chridtan
Thanks for ur reply. I set DHCP to get DNS server....and set back static ip for the machine. This DNS server looks like from my ISP, right? I am wondering which setting i should manually set? In other word, i don't know the email address i entered is important or not?
                Waiting online.....

                  Hi All,
I know that we only can use send email function if we have a mail server on site
We can not use mail server of ISP through internet, right?
