i can't set id password on GP335

i can't set id password on GP335.
it's locked with other password.
how i can clear the password..
on *2+8*- functions-clear there's no PWD-CLR..

ok bro!! i just remember u have to go to same service mode..and highlight or press fax then ok..pasti ok ..if not e-mail me..saya pasti bantu.
