Canon IR5570 Error E-0072-001

I am having this issue with a iR5570 only in the morning error e-0072-001 then a e-0073-001. they always try and turn it off and back on...then they get an error e-00002-001. (Not every morning). two or three times a month.

Measures against E002-0001 under the low-temperature environment:
The fixing roller does not rotate at normal rotation frequency when fixing temperature control is performed. Measure
was taken so that control temperature operation is performed at the normal rotation frequency
