    [Jamming] Jam code 1124 on Finisher B1

    I was told there is a bulletin for jam code 1124 on Stapler Finisher B1 (advance 7055), but I am unable to locate it.
    Does anyone know about this?

      =========================]

      the 1124 Jam Code which relates to a Stationary Jam at the PI104 Delivery Sensor on the Staple / Booklet Finisher. In most cases, the 1124 jam has been known to occur if paper curling is detected and possible dog earing of the lead edge of the paper coming out of the finisher.
      Please perform the curl adjustment via the Paper Type Management Settings in User Mode.

      also
      In some cases, setting in service mode SORTER > ADJUST > SW-UP-RL to 0, and upgrading SSW to latest version, resolved the 1124 jam code in the field.

      see pub.

      The paper would intermittently bunch up behind the swing guide. This would happen because the swing guide would either stay open or open and close repeatedly. Replaced the swing guide, Finisher controller, swing guide motor /clutch and the swing guide home position sensor with out a change in the symptom.
      Installed the new type Torsion Spring FU2-0947-000 from (seeTP13-311). Until the new type spring is ordered, you may try stretching the spring a little for less tension.
