IR 4570 blank copies

Hi all, I got a trouble with my IR 4570. Toner has just gone and I added toner of IR 600 on it just for finish some copies that i've started. When I got new toner cartridge (for IR 4570) i've cleaned all developer, take off old toner from IR 600 and replace for the new one but copies began out in blank, not totally blank but too clear, seems like toner is not going to paper and is not possible to read. I've cleaned the developer twice but nothing changed.

Some ideia?

install toner S ? I've already done it.

Check dev unit, is there toner on mag roll, if not run install-supply-toner 2-3 times.

if your developer is coated with toner the way that it should be then check your laser shutter for normal operation. I have seen this cause the issue that you describe.

And how should I check laser shutter?

I've pulled out developer and clear ALL old toner. But I will do this again and install toner S. The copy is not totally blank, but copy is very very clear and not possible to read. I've pulled out drum unit but i Guess its ok. I didn't found nothing strange. More ideas?

have you stopped the machine during the copy process to see if your toner is goind from your developer assembly to your drum unit?

On the laser you need to pull the door and left side cover so you can see your laser assembly and shutter cable. the shutter cable is acuated by the right door assembly.

That was exactly happenedn. My customers has adding wrong toner in cartridge wihtout talk to me and this happened =/ now who is the blame? of course is technician. udhasduhsuhasda and I never had worked with this model of machinne before, is everything different from the models I used to support.
