To take the side of the tech., this is very bad luck and not related to anything your tech. has done. This error points to your Hard Drive, which far as I know, is never included in any maintenance, tune-up or cleaning of a copier. It may be something as simple as clearing some corrupt information from the hard drive. However, if you have a tech., please call him or her first. Let them choose whether they can walk you through a scan-disk over the phone, or if they have to return to the site. Please do not lose faith in your tech. A hard drive having an issue after a tech replaces your Corona Wires, is like taking your car for an oil change, and a day later one of your freezer plugs pops and your car overheats (trust me, its happened to me), it is not related, just bad luck. Your copier like your car, is like a multi-level organzation, or a circus. A lot going on at the same time, and unless something sticks out or screams to the tech./mech. while they are on-site, they had better have the ability to predict the future. Copiers are electronic, mechanical, have hard drives, use heat, use mirrors, etc.- much like cars have susupension, cooling system, transmission, etc. Only difference is- car mech. get paid better. Good luck sir.
The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
Printer + Fax + Copier = Jack Of Many Trades,
    but Master Of None
Color Copier = Not A Color Printer
InkJet MFP = Not A Fax Machine
    B/W Copier = Not A Press
Finisher = Deal Closer (salesman, not accessory)
Copier Tech = Admin's Stress Ball (Scapegoat)
