    11x17 Double Click

    Anybody know how to set the 5570 and C3220 to double click 11x17?

      The imageRUNNER is capable of registering 2 clicks for 11x17, and 1 click for all other sizes in one Total Counter.

      To enable this feature you must set one of the Soft Counters to ( 102 ) Total 2 in Service Mode.
      Copier>Option>User><COUNTER 2-5>
      Highlight one of the Counters and enter 102, and then OK.

      Note: Counter1 can not be changed.
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
