Hello everybody, I have a client that has a C1 that comes up with e490 when the DADF is pluged in...I tried finding the code in the service manual for both the copier and the DADF also tried NAVI which has a check box for an error 490 but there is no further info...I brought the DADF back to my shop and tried it on another machine that I have here and it works fine anyone come across this before? Thanks in advance for any help...

The DADF on an ImagePRESS C1,
it requires a second option accessory power supply unit.
E490 refers to the Optional Power Supply (Power Supply S1) for the DADF-R1.
This is an option power supply which must be installed into the copier

are u installing or re-installing this C1 Printer ?? /
open back of Printer & check if Power Supply is instaled or has a loose connection
if it has a DADF-R1 - U need to install it's own power supply unit S1/ also on European install u need to install Duct cover
