c3380i - cannot delete default key (invalid or corrupt)

Have a c3380i that has the message "Default Key is corrupt or invalid". I have tried clearing this out, tried to delete it, all not good. When I try and delete it I get the message "cannot delete the default key because it is in use by SSL on other settings. Check the settings". I have checked I think them all and I do not see anything. How do I get rid of this?

    Thanks

    Try this>
    Additional Functions>System Settings>Network Settings>TCP/IP Settings>Certificate Settings>Generate Key
    .
    DIDS.jpg
    DIDS2.jpg
Go in and make up a name {UNIQUE} like "Donald Duck"
put the end date for 2025

**You need to create a certificate under Generate Key.
Enter a UNIQUE name (you cannot have 2 certificates with the same name on the network). Set the encryption level to 512 or 1024.
The key must contain a Start and End Date. Enter in all the information needed and generate the key. Once the key has been generated, you must go to the Key List and make this your default key (Additional Functions>System Settings>Network Settings>TCP/IP Settings>Certificate Settings>Key and Certificate List). You need to reboot the copier after creating the key.

    Turn Multicast Discovery Setting
    OFF

    or below>

Re-flash the System Software and then clear the CA-KEY again to resolve issue.

Have you tried doing a CA clear in service mode 2 under Fun-Clear. You need to reboot after clearing it.

You need to got service mode Lvl 2
        {*) > 2+8 > {*)
        {*) 2
Copier > Function > Clear > CA Key > Then Tap OK
Press yellow button until you exit service
        Then reboot the device

        Good Luck
