    Canon MF4370DN

    Hi

    How can i recover password for this machine?

    Or even better, id like to do full factory reset if possible.

      holding down the "Copy" and "Email" buttons together and then turning on the device. You will be prompted with an initialization request for which you must select "OK" to proceed.

      Please be aware that this reset option may lead to loss of data and settings on the scanner.
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          There is no Email button on this machine. Is there a different button combination that i have to do?

              Hi

              Acctualy my wife called CS and this is the way so everyebody can now now ;o0

              Menu
              # (youre in service mode now)
              + or - to desired function (i needed 6. Clear data)
              and just follow instructions.

              Hope this helps
