    irc2300 - film assy

anyone had a suggestion what suppose i do to solve film not rotating properly problem. when i'm doing full adjustment gradation, the black color a little bit dismiss from other c,m,y color. this cause a little bit shadow when i'm printing in color mode, seems like the black a little bit late printout on the film. i had ask other tech, they tell me to clean up the roller inside the film assy. is it can solve this kind of problem? otherwise, can cleaning blade cause this problem?

              y_us,

I think I know your problem.
              try these,
1, cleans all sectoin of the ITB belt.-all the drive roller inside the itb belt and the belt inner side.
2, lubricate the cleaning blade using toner>not lubricant
              3, go to service mode * 2&8 * > copier>function>claer>R-con, dc-con.
4,do auto colour gradiation full adjust for plain and heavy paper.

I have do this many times and it works.
              good luck.

that issue was four months ago-
Clearing RCON has nothing to do with posters issue !!

before u post info to clear RCON & DCON u need to advise poster to print out P PRINTS , so settings can be put back in

all this info is in the Pdf link that I posted/
there are many different Registration issues on this model, it is not a cut and dry fix
