[Misc] open the front door

hi dear senior tech, could somebody help me..
my ir 6000 on the display always shown "close the front door" or "reset unit 2" each time i turn ON the machine. i open the front door and close again then the machine start up. but in this case if i open and close any door such upper right door the machine will start up to.please any body help me.

Problem :
Close front door indication that changes to insert unit 2 just after you turn the machine on. If you open front door and close it machine comes to ready. When duplexing you may or may not see side to side shift on second side only with no Error Code.

Solution :
There is no E051 indication for the IR5000 series. Check connectors J229, J230, replace Duplex Horizontal Registration Motor M16. May also need Duplex Driver PCB and Duplex Horizontal Registration Sensor PS31.

Last twice I have had this issue, albeit a while ago, it was a crack in the duplex horizontal reg gear on M16. Pretty sure the gear comes with the motor.

You might want to check the microswitch that is actuated by the green handle on the transfer bed.

dear sir i have to thanks to you and all senior tech which reply my post. finally my machine back normaly, no error, no close the front door, no reset unit 2 any more. i did all your suggestion and i found the problem the duplex horisontal sensor PS31 is dirty doing clean up and i don't have to play with my door again. thanks a lot sir.
