    ImagePass C1 - repair

    Have a ImagePass C1 that will not work. Removed and installed print kit in C3200. I could not 'ping' the imagepass box from a computer and could not get into the printer 'setup' on the copier to verify the settings. My question is can the imagepass box be upgraded out of the machine (system software)? Or is the network card or board shot? Is there a factory reset for this machine. Do not have Service manual or system software for this box, but was just wondering.
