    ir A 5045 with fiery

    Hello guys hope you can help, in the printer menu under functions the option to calibrate and scan job have disappeared. Any ideas- nothing has been changed. I have 2 of these side by side configured identically bar their IP addresses, can't understand where the heel these two options have gone to?????

      I have seen some come from the factory like that.
      Reloading Fiery System software will take care of it.

        Vigour is dead on. When the options are not there in the fiery menu at the copier touch screen you can still access these options through the CWS, but if you want them to reappear at the copier level then you have to reload the system software.
