you have a drum voltage issue with your drums. Could be as simple as new wires and grids or toner build up on the sensors that measure your drum voltage or the surface of your drums could be worn and in need of replacement.

Thank-you very much, Yes you were right, the magenta sensor was covered in toner! Is there a service manual that shows how to work on this beast? It took me for ever to figure out how to take if apart, (and how to put it back together and still work !)
I'm sure manuals-for-you has a set that you can purchase from him, and it would be a good idea to get both the parts and service manuals if you are going to be working on it without any training or backup.
