My machine cannot copy or print black & white,but color ok,i tried to do the full adjustment,the black chart did not appear,n error code Eo2o-oo13,i tried
to reset D.C n error code,it seems not avail....any help???

u need to correct the no black issue first

E020-0013=
Indicates that the patch level is higher than the upper
limit of the target although setting it as the minimum
when initializing Black ATR.
Clean the ATR sensor window.
Check the mounting of
the developing assembly.
Check the ATR sensor open
circuit.
or/Replace the ATR sensor.
