    iRC 3380i

    Dear all

    I have this machine that can only print n copy color,but cannot copy or print black,
    it seems that the black D.V not working,tried to change a new unit blk DV,but same
    problem,when i try to do a full adjustment,the black wont be printed out,but the color seems to be ok.......tried to reset err,dc,but not avail...........HELP

      Check / replace BLACK Develop Sleeve Clutch #4

      inspect the       Developing Drive Assembly, a broken gear may be found on the Black Developer Sleeve Drive Clutch CL4.
      Black Developer Sleeve Drive Clutch needs replaced to resolve the issue. The part number for the drive clutch is FM2-3581-000.

      post a test print PG 10 of your issue/

      what are the error codes ???

          Dear Mr TECKAT,thanks for your good information that lead me to solve my machine problem,yes it was the clutch that spoiled gear,thank you so much

                  Hi I have a similar problem is it just the clutch to be replaced and how hard is it to do etc ? Any info appreciated
