I picked up 3 used canon 1023's to refurbish and sell, 2 of the 3 will not print, ive tried usb and ethernet, the drivers install perfect and i can ping the machines over the network, when i send a print job, the canon will accept the print job, the job in the queue will disappear from the computer and the data/processing light flashes quick but will not print.
Its like the job just get deleted from the machine as soon as it receives it. I've gone into service mode and did a clear//all to reset all settings to factory default and have tried playing around with different network settings but still cant get it to print.
I verified that there is no user code or authentication codes turned on.
Also does anybody know the administrator password for the Remote UI?
