iR2018 Change toner message

Hi

This machine is asking for new toner although there is new one. It's adding toner for a while, and after couple of copies same message again. Just saw in manual that there is no toner sensor, there is Antenna rod which measures toner level.
Do I have to clean it or what? Any ideas?

I was at the site today. There were no CQ issues, machine was just asking for new toner. I checked Gear Holder, and it was (F1382(D4)), as that service bulletin suggested. After cleaning Gear Holder, which was contaminated with toner it worked. After 100 copies machine didn't pop up message, and hope that will work.
