    Imagepress C1 - Leaking blk toner
    This seems to b an ongoing issue.
    Any ideas, please?

    there was a change of Dev Units that had dumping issues-see pub.>TP08.pdf


    there was also a fix with a DCON update-see pub.>TP09.pdf


    when was the last time u replaced the Black Starter/ or replaced the entire BLK Dev unit ??

    what is the volume/?

      Leaking from where on what? Hooper,developer?Are you shore is black,maybe Waste Toner dropping?

        Thanks for the info.
        Haven't been there yet, but called the customer and he said that the toner is leaking on paper and carpet, the previous tech that was there for the same problem just vacuumed the machine and now the customer wants the problem fixed, not just vacuuming.

            Leaking on the carpet?? Please report what kind of issue do you have.I'm curious.
