IRA C9060P Waiting to Print Message

I have a IRA C9060P printer with the Imagepass A1 controller. every now and again, if you send a print job (or even a config or test page) the green light on the machine will flash and it will display the message waiting to print, and then do nothing else. The only way to then clear the message is to cancel the print job and restart machine and controller.

This product is quite new to me so I'm still finding my feet; is this likely to be a machine or controller related problem, any info or tips to help me would be most useful.

Ensure the "A" side of the serial cable connecting to the imagePASS is facing out, and the "B" side of the serial cable is facing out connecting to the image RUNNER.

make sure to update to latest Firmware/v60.39.01-v2
