Dear All,


I have been facing a problem with my iR 7095,whenever i wanna staple,an error E711 will appear,i have to switch off my machine,then finisher will not function anymore,i have to switch the finisher mode to 1 again in the *28* accessories....when i switch on,only the
finisher will on.but if i cannot use the staple anymore,on normal collating,but not staple....

Make sure roll of staples inside the cartridge is not installed backward

what is the full code E711-XXXX ???
