imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2030/ C2020
Measure to Prevent E020-0x60/ E020-0x91/ E020-0xb1 (Stained Toner Sensor) Error Codes
Error Codes E020-0x60/ E020-0x91/ E020-0xb1 may occur due to a tainted Toner Sensor.
E020-0x60: Low density of the target during patch detection.
E020-0x91: The average value of the detected inductance sampling value is equal to or higher than the specified value.
E020-0xb1: Error in detecting the delta T/D ratio (T/D ratio detected by the ATR Sensor is equal to or lower than the specified value).
* "x" can be (0) for Yellow, (1) for Magenta, (2) for Cyan or (3) for Black.
<Cause>
A False detection may occur due to charging within the light-emitting/-receiving section of the Toner Sensor [3], which is located in the area where it receives toner from the toner bottle, leading to much toner adhesion. Because of this, toner supplied to the developing assembly becomes insufficient resulting in an error.
