    Canon IR3300 Error code

    Hi Everyone,

Got this incredible error code #E246-002 on my client's copier, couldn't find the error code message on the service manual. Anyone ever come across this error before?

E246 Error in writing operations (to the counter memory).

      1. A normal soft counter reading cannot be written to the counter memory.
      2. Counter Memory PCB not being recognized on power up.
      Action----
      1. Reinstall original Counter Memory PCB that belongs to that equipment.
      2. Replace Counter Memory PCB with new one.

      Results
      ----
      All counters are retained.
