    replacing J1 staples

    This might sound a bit stupid....

    I had a phone call with a customer, who apparently cannot replace the J1 staple on a iR3245 machine.

    I tried to explain by phone but no success.

    Anyone has a photo or PDF of how to do it, so I can send it to him ?

          Some folks only learn thru a demonstration, I know that I have learned more from seeing it done than from reading instructions...
