      I have never seen the jam you are listing, perhaps you can provide more information regarding the situation under which it occurs...

        Jam Code 9011 try the following troubleshooting steps:

        Re-seat the DIMM's on the Reader Controller PCB.

        Re-seat the connectors on the Reader Controller PCB.

        Clear RAM on the Reader Controller PCB. To clear RAM on the Reader Controller PCB enter Service mode >Copier >Function> Clear >RCON.
        Before u clear RCON =do print out of P Print settings to re-input back in-
        If the Jam Code 9011 is still present it may be necessary to replace the Reader Controller PCB.

        9011=Image Request Absent Jam

        If paper is present or printed out with jumbled text-
        May be a faulty Differential PCB on the Controller Box Assembly
        **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
