    Canon IC D320

    I sent an earlier thread out on this copier/printer. Customer is using the machine as copier only. The error light comes on the display saying, check printer and the copy is only 1/4 of the page. Any suggestions to this problem and how to fix it? Thank you.

      Investigate....Do you have problem when you printing?(report...)Where do you have jam?Cartridge is in what condition?How many copies do you have?
