I am trying to find out the part number for this cracked plastic.
I am looking at the spare part manual FIG.312 (DECK RIGHT PICK-UP ASSEMBLY)
But I cannot find it. I need only the plastic which is cracked.
Can it be ordered as a single part ?

That is part of the pick up assembly. I think you would need to order the pick up assembly. Did somebody drop this machine on its corner or something? lol

Yeah I thought this too. I need to order the whole pick-up assy.
Because it is one piece of plastic.

Regarding the dropping : I am really surprised with this copier man....
I was removing the hopper assembly and while removing the wire connection to the motor, the wire was split in two parts.
I am starting to question myself if I remove wires correctly....

By the way : My theory about bending the guides on the other side - WORKS !

                Good Luck>>>>>>>>>>>>>
over time guide will bend back slightly of position/ have seen this happen when techs bent finisher/sorter guides thinking it would stay

are those plastic covers part of the pick-up unit ????

then why are they shown under parts covers ??

when u remove them , do u still have to remove screws to remove unit/ makes no sense !!

Thnx man ! - I need luck with this machine !

Regarding the spare part I don't know...

To be honest I didn't tear apart the whole DECK RIGHT PICK-UP ASSEMBLY to be sure, but I believe the plastic is a whole thing.
                  Not sure about that though...

                  However I made a drawing

looks like the same crappy unit from the clc1100 - where the screw tabs were thin plastic, and would crack or break off, Canon did address that issue with reinforced plastic/years later-

I would convert/angle offset bend a large paper clip to hold unit in place, instead of ordering a new unit-

don't have to tell u what kind of fix that is
