    Canon 5000 color laser copier

    I have this canon 5000 color laser copier and is not show any error code, is only showing "please wait auto start is possible" and never ready but, was working before please help me on it, if you have any idea thanks in advance.

    Check in service mode about fixing temperature.Probably is heater issue!

      is the control panel locked up during message ???-
      can u get in service mode ?? to check error codes-
      if so check>
      Sub Power Supply (PU2) which is located on the delivery side of the machine behind the Fan Assembly which contains FM 1,2,3. The Sub Power Supply Part number is FH3-2426-000.

      Fuse Board PCB may be the problem/ check them
