I have a customer who has an ir2800 copier with print scan and fax on it....and one day it threw e602 and come to find out the motor in the hard drive died. I normally work on Sharp copiers so I'm a bit out of my league on this one. I got a new hard drive but do not have the canon SST disk nor the proper firmware for this ir2800. Can someone help me out and provide me with this stuff....and maybe directions on how to get it back up? That would be great@!!!!!
