Can you get into service mode, and give us the actual error code as listed there please.

I am confused, I don't know what DPC(potential control) has to do with your error code???

hi. the error history was cleared but i think is related to SSR pcb and Drum Heater pcb because of the Drum is not warm. i replace the two parts and set The DPC "1" the error was not occurs. by the way thanks for your post.
