Canon imagePrograf ipf500 printing indefinitely

Hello Friends,
I have a canon image prograf ipf500 thats just displaying printing indefinitely and nothing happening. The data light blinks but again nothing happens, i have tried it on the network, also with a usb cable and a crossover cable and the same thing exist.
Can anyone help or have come across this problem.

Can you print a Status Print or whatever print from printer display ?
