HI. I am getting an E00400-0100 on a Canon IR5065 that is not listed in my trouble list.
I believe it is an adf problem because some other errors for the adf are in the 400 range.
Another strange error that is occuring is failure of the adf to detect anything but 11 inch
landscape direction. Changed width sensors (pot), harnesses and adf pcb but no difference. The analog reading in the service mode of the adf width sensor doesn't change at all when the guides are moved. All of the parts I changed worked fine on another machine.
